A Noble Sicilian Palazzo with Flexible Accommodations.

Palazzo Notar Nicchi is located on, Via Garibaldi, the narrow meandering main street of Polizzi and it comprises two individual, fully equipped apartments the Garibaldi and the Sant’Orsola. It can also be rented as an entire house, with a seamless connection of both apartments via a third internal staircase. The whole house sleeps 12 and both the Sant’Orsola and Garibalidi Apartments sleep 6 people. Bedrooms can be configured as required.

Palazzo Notar Nicchi

The palazzo has a gracious, noble feel with a myriad of light filled, well furnished and interconnecting rooms over three spacious floors accessed by beautiful stone and wooden staircases. It has been lovingly restored with a passion and furnished with a mix of Sicilian antiques, and modern Italian pieces.

It features hand painted frescoed vaulted ceilings, fabulous Italian chandeliers in some rooms and exquisite tiled floors throughout. The tiles were handmade by Polizzi Generosa artisan potter Giovanni D”Angelo over the course of a year using traditional Sicilian motives.

Local Madonie stone, Italian fabrics, lamps and chandeliers, all fit beautifully in this village Palazzo

Situated on the second and third floors of Palazzo Notar Nicchi, the Garibaldi is light filled, airy and very spacious with three large bedrooms, tiled terracotta floors, two bathrooms and large sitting rooms.
