Cloudy, sun-drenched, vibrant

Summer skies over Polizzi Generosa- a few notes :

Golden light under stormy skies and the vibrant Mediterranean blue of clear days in the Madonie Mountains.

The sun- drenched summer sky over Polizzi was sometimes 'washed in palest blue' and the longer, hotter days often closed with pinks and oranges.

The cobalt blue sky of a late June evening and the glow of the interior lights of the village houses, set by shadows under a full moon, were striking.
