Happy New Year: 

A very Happy New Year to all for 2015 from The Sicilian House team.

We are on holidays until the middle of January.

The Leopard:

During the break I am looking forward very much to quietly re reading Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa’s classic, The Leopard.

The 2008 essay by Rachel Donadio from The New York Times, commemorating  the 50th anniversary of  The Leopard, is really worth a read.
