Rooftops 'tetti' under the Moon
I was at the upstairs kitchen window of the house when I watched the full moon over the rooftops 'tetti' of Polizzi last Thursday. The village had a feel of a Guttuso ‘tetti painting’.
The night was cool, the mountains to the east silhouetted and Polizzi was silent except for church bells ringing the hours and the fading sound of a motorbike and faint voices.
