There are 3 spacious bedrooms, a large entry hall, a gracious sitting room with a fireplace, a dining room which seats 12 which has a lovely iron balcony over the rear piazza Sant’Orsola. The modern kitchen is well appointed for cooking and has a doomed brick ceiling. The kitchen has a balcony overlooking the rear piazza and 14th century church. The main bedroom opens onto a balcony and the second bedroom onto an atrium. The laundry and bathrooms are tiled in local stone.

There is a library with books on Sicilian history art, food architecture and travel as well as a selection of general texts. It has a music system and a selection of dvds. The atrium between the library and the dining room makes a nice reading spot.
