More about The Garibaldi Apartment

The first level, reached by the vaulted stone staircase, is entered through double antique chestnut doors. This level is made up of three large double, beautifully appointed bedrooms and an intimate sitting room. It has a perfectly positioned iron balcony overlooking via Garibaldi the main street of the village. It is a wonderful vantage point to take in the processions of the numerous festivals as well as capturing the vistas and the life of the street.

The front bedroom has its own bathroom with a stone tiled shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom which has a large oval shaped bath and a separate shower. Both rooms have balconies and all bedrooms can be configured for double, twin or single use.

The second floor is a large living floor comprised of 2 sitting rooms and a large modern eat- in kitchen. These rooms all open onto a terrace which literally sits above the village and affords 180 degree views over the village and surrounding farmland. This level has a powder room and a laundry.

All floors are tiled in handmade terracotta Sicilian tiles.

The warm hues of the tiles are offset by subtle white walls  and chestnut antique doors. The apartment has heated floors for winter and is air conditioned for summer.
